The connection with our territory can be found in our recipes that adapt to the seasons and use fresh, seasonal local ingredients.
Starting from the appetizers, we have built a quality tasting journey with excellent cured meats and cheeses that come from the best local producers.

OUR MENU

On our menu, among the first courses, Tordelli alla Casolina with ragú or butter and sage of our own production, a real journey into the memory of the flavors of the past, Tagliolini with scorzone black truffle, corn Pappardelle with wild boar, Pappardelle with peas in double consistency and confit cherry tomatoes (vegan).

Our second courses, from game to “meat” to vegetarian and vegan options, are able to satisfy everyone’s needs and palates. A series of authentic flavors to celebrate local cuisine every day: from oven-roasted pigeon, to oven-roasted lamb with rosemary flavour, beef fillet with green pepper, aubergine millefeuille, chickpea humus and dried tomatoes, the Soft Egg on Potato and Black Truffle Cream and many other proposals.

And to finish sweetly, here are the desserts from our menu: Bomboloncini with hot chocolate, dried apple millefeuille, vegan custard, almond crumble and apple sauce.
